This morning I started the day with a beautiful guided meditation and it spoke about crafting your perfect day today and about how to visualise and think about what you need to do in order to have a great day.

And after the meditation practice I thought, in order to craft the perfect day then we really need to start the day with positive intentions and a positive mindset.

Being Monday, I sometimes feel there is a stigma around Monday like ‘Mondayitis’, and the feeling of ‘dreading Monday’. So, today I want to share with you, ways in which you can surrender to any negative thoughts or lower level energies around Monday and instead embrace positivity to start a fresh new week.

 Today’s Affirmation… I am allowing myself to embrace a Feel Good Monday

Surrender to the thoughts of ‘oh its Monday morning’ and instead set yourself up for the most awesome day ahead by setting positive intentions and goals for the day. Start the day with words like “I am allowing today to be a great day”

As a follow up from Saturday’s blog and in the Feel Good Thoughts Podcast #7 I discuss the importance of using words and positive affirmations such as ‘I am allowing…’ followed by how you will allow yourself to have a great day today.

It’s time to surrender and let go to the feelings of ‘Mondayitis’ and instead be in the flow of ‘I LOVE Monday’ by simply changing the mindset and energy shift to positivity.

7. Visualise what you want to achieve today

8. Ask the question ‘What are my goals today and how will I achieve them?’

9. Allow positive thoughts to lead the way today

10. Reconnect with work colleagues and clients.
