One of my favourite affirmations in which I want to share with you today is ‘Focus, Believe, Achieve!’.

These three words are great trigger words which can help you;

  • Feel more motivated
  • Feel driven
  • Drive the inner passion

In today’s podcast I talk about what Focus, Believe, Achieve means to me. And share about an experience I had on the Amazing Race Australia where I shared my affirmation.

What does the affirmation Focus, Believe, Achieve mean?

1. FOCUS

Focus on your intention or what it is that you want to achieve. There is a difference between thinking about an intention and then taking action with an intention, listen to the podcast by clicking on play below to find out more about this.

2. BELIEVE

Step into the space and believe in yourself that you can do this! Work on overcoming fear with the affirmation;

‘Forget The Fear, By Believing In You’

When you believe in yourself you are able to step forward with confidence to take action.

Focus on a positive intention and most importantly know your WHY?

  • WHY do you have this intention?
  • WHY is it that you want to achieve this?
  • WHAT is it that is driving you towards achieving what you desire?

3. ACHIEVE

Once you have set your positive intention, the next step is to believe in yourself then you can work towards achieving it!
