Joey business and life has been shaped through a variety of experiences and life journeys. From having her head shaved on national TV, – yes that’s right, she was on the first ever Amazing Race Australia – to being a published author, marketing and launching her book featured on a variety of mainstream media, and creating innovative workplace practices for effective results and team sustainability, within her own business.

Joey has also developed fitness programs for families, worked with individuals through personal training and developed active holiday programs for kids.

Joey is a published author, in 2008 her first book co-authored with husband Richard Marc Toutounji, “Please Mum, Don’t Supersize Me!”(www.feelgoodfamilies.com) was published by Rockpool Publishing and was a great success in Australia. The book appeared in major book stores across the country attracting a large media following including Channel 10 News 6pm, Channel 9 A Current Affair, The Today Show, Alan Jones Breakfast radio, Sydney Morning Herald, New Idea and Home page NineMSN. Joey toured around Australia for the launch of the book speaking about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle as a family unit to help with combating childhood obesity. Along with the book, Joey and Richard joined forces to create family fitness programs, encouraging families to get active together and live a healthy lifestyle.able to spread the word about healthy living to thousands of kids internationally.

More recently in 2015 Joey wrote her second book ‘The Feel Good Affirmations Guide’ a 21 day affirmation guide to help live with positivity and on purpose.
